General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18338) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ELAC1, targeting the amino acid region 1–271 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ELAC1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Zinc phosphodiesterase, which displays some tRNA 3-processing endonuclease activity. Probably involved in tRNA maturation, by removing a 3-trailer from precursor tRNA. DPABH-18338 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-18338 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
