General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28601) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human DHX58. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DHX58 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables several functions, including ATP hydrolysis activity; RNA binding activity; and zinc ion binding activity. Involved in negative regulation of type I interferon production and regulation of innate immune response. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm. DPABH-28601 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-28601 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
