This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04957) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CYSLTR2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The cysteinyl leukotrienes LTC4, LTD4, and LTE4 are important mediators of human bronchial asthma. Pharmacologic studies have determined that cysteinyl leukotrienes activate at least 2 receptors, the protein encoded by this gene and CYSLTR1. This encoded receptor is a member of the superfamily of G protein-coupled receptors. It seems to play a major role in endocrine and cardiovascular systems. DPABH-04957 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:20–1:100) applications. DPABH-04957 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
