General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23333) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CYR61. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CYR61 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The secreted protein encoded by this gene is growth factor-inducible and promotes the adhesion of endothelial cells. The encoded protein interacts with several integrins and with heparan sulfate proteoglycan. This protein also plays a role in cell proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, apoptosis, and extracellular matrix formation.
DPABH-23333 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-23333 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
