This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26212) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CTDP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CTDP1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein which interacts with the carboxy-terminus of the RAP74 subunit of transcription initiation factor TFIIF, and functions as a phosphatase that processively dephosphorylates the C-terminus of POLR2A (a subunit of RNA polymerase II), making it available for initiation of gene expression. Mutations in this gene are associated with congenital cataracts, facial dysmorphism and neuropathy syndrome (CCFDN). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene. DPABH-26212 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications. DPABH-26212 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
