This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13846) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CNGA4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CNGA4 (Cyclic Nucleotide-Gated Channel Alpha-4) is a crucial modulatory subunit of the tetrameric olfactory CNG channel, primarily located in the cilia of olfactory sensory neurons. It forms a 2:1:1 heteromeric complex with CNGA2 and CNGB1b, acting as a key component for olfactory signal transduction, specifically mediating odorant-induced Ca2+ influx and sensory adaptation. DPABH-13846 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-13846 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
