This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03483) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CKMT2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CKMT2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Reversibly catalyzes the transfer of phosphate between ATP and various phosphogens (e.g. creatine phosphate). Creatine kinase isoenzymes play a central role in energy transduction in tissues with large, fluctuating energy demands, such as skeletal muscle, heart, brain and spermatozoa. DPABH-03483 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:1000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-03483 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
