This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14597) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CITED2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CITED2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene inhibits transactivation of HIF1A-induced genes by competing with binding of hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha to p300-CH1. Mutations in this gene are a cause of cardiac septal defects. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. DPABH-14597 is suitable for use in IHC (1:40–1:200) application. DPABH-14597 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
