This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20358) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CEP85L, targeting the amino acid region 146–496 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CEP85L from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CEP85L, also named as C60rf204, is a gene which encodes a protein that has identified as a breast cancer antigen. Nothing more is known of its function at this time. There're five transcript variants with MW 45 kDa, 55-56 kDa and 91-92 kDa. DPABH-20358 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:300–1:800), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-20358 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
