This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04657) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CELF4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CELF4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Members of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family contain two N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230 aa between the second and third RRM domains. Members of this protein family regulate pre-mRNA alternative splicing and may also be involved in mRNA editing, and translation. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-04657 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-04657 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
