This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08964) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CDH24. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CDH24 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CDH24, also named as CDH11L, is a member of Cadherins which are calcium dependent cell adhesion proteins. Cadherine preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. Cadherin-24 mediates strong cell-cell adhesion. DPABH-08964 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000) application. DPABH-08964 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
