General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19266) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CDC42EP3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CDC42EP3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of a small family of guanosine triphosphate (GTP) metabolizing proteins that contain a CRIB (Cdc42, Rac interactive binding) domain. Members of this family of proteins act as effectors of CDC42 function. The encoded protein is involved in actin cytoskeleton re-organization during cell shape changes, including pseudopodia formation. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 19. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-19266 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-19266 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
