General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14898) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CDC20B. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CDC20B (Cell Division Cycle 20B) is a protein-coding gene essential for deuterosome-mediated centriole production, crucial for the formation of multiple cilia in multiciliated cells (MCCs). It acts as a regulator of centriole-deuterosome disengagement and is involved in ciliogenesis. Mutations in this gene are associated with diseases such as Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia. DPABH-14898 is suitable for use in IHC (1:30–1:150) application. DPABH-14898 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
