General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08552) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC39, targeting the amino acid region 20–172 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CCDC39 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCDC39 (Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 39) is an axonemal protein whose absence results in failure to correctly assemble DNALI1-containing inner dynein arm complexes, the DRC (dynein regulatory complex) and the radial spokes, thereby causing axonemal disorganization and dyskinetic beating. Alternatively, CCDC39 could participate in the transport of the inner dynein arms and DRC (PMID: 21131972). Its calculated molecular weight and observed molecular weight are both 110kDa. DPABH-08552 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF-P (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-08552 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
