This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14853) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CCDC137. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CCDC137 (Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 137) is an RNA-binding and epigenetic regulatory protein that is commonly upregulated in various cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and bladder cancer, acting as a key oncogene. It promotes cancer progression by enhancing cell proliferation, activating AKT signaling, and creating an immunosuppressive microenvironment, serving as a significant prognostic biomarker.
DPABH-14853 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications.
DPABH-14853 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
