General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02106) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CBX4, targeting the amino acid region 401–500 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CBX4 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables SUMO binding activity; SUMO ligase activity; and enzyme binding activity. Involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in nuclear body. Part of PRC1 complex. Implicated in hepatocellular carcinoma. Biomarker of hepatocellular carcinoma. DPABH-02106 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-02106 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
