General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19019) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human B3GALNT2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the glycosyltransferase 31 family. The encoded protein synthesizes GalNAc:beta-1,3GlcNAc, a novel carbohydrate structure, on N- and O-glycans. Alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different isoforms have been described. DPABH-19019 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1: 25-100) applications. DPABH-19019 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
