General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12170) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human B3GALNT2, targeting the amino acid region 167–500 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human B3GALNT2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Beta-1,3-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase active in synthesizing a unique carbohydrate structure, GalNAc-beta-1-3GlcNAc, on N- and O-glycans. Has no galactose nor galactosaminyl transferase activity toward any acceptor substrate.
DPABH-12170 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-12170 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
