General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25328) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human AZGP1, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable RNA nuclease activity and protein transmembrane transporter activity. Involved in cell adhesion and detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of bitter taste. Located in extracellular space. Implicated in prostate carcinoma. Biomarker of several diseases, including gastrointestinal system cancer (multiple); kidney failure (multiple); liver cirrhosis; lung adenocarcinoma; and obesity. DPABH-25328 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-25328 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
