General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04539) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATP6V1E1, targeting the amino acid region 1–226 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ATP6V1E1 is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes the E1 subunit of the V1 domain of vacuolar H+-ATPase (V-ATPase), a multisubunit enzyme complex essential for acidifying eukaryotic intracellular organelles including endosomes, lysosomes, and secretory vesicles. This acidification process supports critical cellular functions such as protein sorting and degradation, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and the generation of proton gradients in synaptic vesicles.
DPABH-04539 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-04539 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
