General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18291) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATAT1, targeting the amino acid region 80–325 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ATAT1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. C6orf134 is a reported alias name for the human gene ATAT1 coding alpha-tubulin N-acetyltransferase 1, and specifically acetylates 'Lys-40' in alpha-tubulin on the lumenal side of microtubules. May affect microtubule stability and regulate microtubule dynamics. May be involved in neuron development. Western blot shows a band between 36 kDa and 45 kDa. DPABH-18291 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (0.40 μg per 10^6 cells in a 100 μl suspension) applications. DPABH-18291 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
