General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23012) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARPC1B, targeting the amino acid region 1–372 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARPC1B is a human gene that encodes actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B (also known as ARC41 or p41-ARC), a regulatory subunit of the Arp2/3 complex, a multiprotein assembly critical for nucleating branched actin filaments and controlling actin polymerization in cells. Located on chromosome 7q22.1, the gene produces a 372-amino acid protein featuring seven WD repeats that form a beta-propeller structure, enabling its role in binding to actin filaments and facilitating structural rearrangements activated by nucleation-promoting factors like WASP family proteins.
DPABH-23012 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-23012 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
