Synthetic peptide within Mouse ARHGEF4 aa 51-100 (N terminal). The exact sequence is proprietary. (NP_898840).Sequence: ADDYEAPRAGAREADDSGPEAQSCKDQMRTNVINEILSTERDYIKHLRDI Database link: Q7TNR9
This protein may form complexes with G proteins and stimulate Rho-dependent signals, and is similar to rat collybistin protein. Rho GTPases play a fundamental role in numerous cellular processes, which are initiated by extracellular stimuli that work through G protein coupled receptors. Alternative splicing of this gene generates two transcript variants which encode different isoforms.
Pathway
Cell death signalling via NRAGE, NRIF and NADE; G alpha (12/13) signalling events; GPCR downstream signaling; NRAGE signals death through JNK; Regulation of Actin Cytoskeleton; Regulation of actin cytoskeleton;
