This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21580) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGEF1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Rho GTPases play a fundamental role in numerous cellular processes that are initiated by extracellular stimuli that work through G protein coupled receptors. The encoded protein may form complex with G proteins and stimulate Rho-dependent signals. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene, but the full-length nature of some variants has not been defined.
DPABH-21580 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-21580 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
