General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08516) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGAP12, targeting the amino acid region 2–185 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARHGAP12 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARHGAP12 (Rho GTPase Activating Protein 12) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a negative regulator of Rho-type GTPases (specifically Rac1 and Cdc42). It plays critical roles in brain development by regulating dendritic spine maturation and synapse function, as well as in epithelial tissue by controlling actin-dependent tight junction permeability. DPABH-08516 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) applications. DPABH-08516 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
