ANGPTL5 (Angiopoietin-like protein 5) is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the ANGPTL family, acting as an adipocytokine involved in regulating lipid metabolism, specifically triglycerides. It is notably elevated in obesity, type 2 diabetes (T2D), and metabolic syndrome, correlating with cardiovascular risk factors like high hsCRP and oxidized LDL. DPABH-23471 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-23471 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
