This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25257) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANAPC11. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ANAPC11 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables cullin family protein binding activity and ubiquitin-ubiquitin ligase activity. Contributes to ubiquitin-protein transferase activity. Involved in anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process; positive regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition; and protein polyubiquitination. Located in nucleolus and nucleoplasm. Part of anaphase-promoting complex. DPABH-25257 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-25257 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
