This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20377) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ANAPC1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a subunit of the anaphase-promoting complex. This complex is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates progression through the metaphase to anaphase portion of the cell cycle by ubiquitinating proteins which targets them for degradation. DPABH-20377 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-20377 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
