General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19272) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AMIGO1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with AMIGO1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. AMIGO1 (Amphoterin-induced protein 1) is a brain-enriched transmembrane adhesion molecule from the immunoglobulin superfamily that promotes neurite outgrowth, fasciculation, and neuron survival. It acts as a homophilic adhesion molecule (via LRR domains) and modulates neuronal excitability by binding to Kv2.1 potassium channels. DPABH-19272 is suitable for use in ELISA, IHC applications. DPABH-19272 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
