This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23227) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AMD1, targeting the amino acid region 149–334 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. AMD1 (adenosylmethionine decarboxylase 1) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with AMD1 include hypochondriasis, and sleeping sickness, and among its related super-pathways are Metabolic pathways and Methionine salvage pathway. GO annotations related to this gene include adenosylmethionine decarboxylase activity. DPABH-23227 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000) application.
