General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10401) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ALS2CL. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ALS2CL (ALS2 C-terminal like) is a 108 kDa protein and novel interactor of ALS2 (Alsin) that modulates Rab5-mediated endosome trafficking. Highly homologous to the C-terminal region of ALS2, it contains MORN and VPS9 domains, acting as a Rab5-binding protein that regulates vesicular membrane dynamics, specifically causing endosome tubulation. DPABH-10401 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications. DPABH-10401 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
