This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18075) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ALG6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ALG6 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the ALG6/ALG8 glucosyltransferase family. The encoded protein catalyzes the addition of the first glucose residue to the growing lipid-linked oligosaccharide precursor of N-linked glycosylation. Mutations in this gene are associated with congenital disorders of glycosylation type Ic. DPABH-18075 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-18075 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
