This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24160) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ALDH1A3, targeting the amino acid region 40–124 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ALDH1A3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ALDH1A3 is the predominant ALDH isozyme that participates in various physiological processes in human cells. Growing evidence has shown that ALDH1A3 exhibits high activity in cancer stem cells (CSCs) and influences a diverse range of biological characteristics within these cells. (PMID: 30958800,PMID: 32612951). DPABH-24160 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-24160 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
