This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22494) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human AGFG1, targeting the amino acid region 276–380 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with AGFG1 from mouse, rat, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is related to nucleoporins, a class of proteins that mediate nucleocytoplasmic transport. The encoded protein binds the activation domain of the human immunodeficiency virus Rev protein when Rev is assembled onto its RNA target, and is required for the nuclear export of Rev-directed RNAs. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-22494 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-22494 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
