General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21907) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ADCK3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ADCK3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a mitochondrial protein similar to yeast ABC1, which functions in an electron-transferring membrane protein complex in the respiratory chain. It is not related to the family of ABC transporter proteins. Expression of this gene is induced by the tumor suppressor p53 and in response to DNA damage, and inhibiting its expression partially suppresses p53-induced apoptosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found; however, their full-length nature has not been determined.
DPABH-21907 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:1000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications.
DPABH-21907 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
