This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17692) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ACBD4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ACBD4 (Acyl-CoA Binding Domain Containing 4) is a tail-anchored membrane protein located on peroxisomes, acting as a functional tether between peroxisomes and the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) via interaction with VAPB. It possesses a conserved N-terminal domain that binds acyl-CoA esters, playing a role in lipid metabolism, particularly regulating the β-oxidation of very long-chain fatty acids (VLCFAs). DPABH-17692 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications. DPABH-17692 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
