This product (Catalog No. DPABH-07527) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ACBD4, targeting the amino acid region 73–305 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ACBD4 (acyl-CoA binding domain containing 4) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with ACBD4 include hepatoblastoma. GO annotations related to this gene include lipid binding and fatty-acyl-CoA binding. An important paralog of this gene is ACBD5. DPABH-07527 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-07527 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
