This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL277) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human AMZ1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. AMZ1 (Archaelysin Family Metallopeptidase 1) is a protein-coding gene that encodes a zinc-dependent metalloprotease with aminopeptidase activity, primarily expressed in human heart and liver tissues. It plays a role in regulating the nervous system and is associated with collagenase activity in studies related to heart failure. CABT-BL277 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. CABT-BL277 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
