General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL276) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AMZ1, targeting the amino acid region 149–498 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human AMZ1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. AMZ1, also named as KIAA1950, is a new human Zinc metalloproteases. It exhibits aminopeptidase activity against neurogranin in vitro. AMZ1 does not hydrolyze angiotensin-2. It is mainly detected in liver and heart. AMZ1 has some isoforms with MW 55 kDa, 33 kDa, 30 kDa and 28 kDa.
CABT-BL276 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL276 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
