The lowest detection limit (LDL) is 2.481ng/mL. The lowest detection limit is determined by adding three standard deviations to the mean optical density value of twenty-four Standard zero replicates and calculating the corresponding concentration.
Standard Curve
Sample Standard Curve is for demonstration only. Do not use for results calculations. A standard curve should be generated each time the test is performed.
