This product is suitable for sensitizing cells in hemolytic complement assays, and for lymphocyte screening procedures, especially screening for T cells and T receptor-bearing lymphocytes. This product is suitable for conjugation with enzymes, radiolabels, fluorochromes or other markers. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
