Intended Use

This kit is designed for the quantitative detection of pyrethroid residues in vegetables, fruits, corresponding food products, water, and toxicological residue samples.

Contents of Kit

1. Pre-coated Pyrethroid-Conjugated Antigen Microplate (removable): 1 plate (12 wells × 8 strips).
2. Pyrethroid Standard Solutions: 6 vials (1 ml/vial) with concentrations of 0 ng/ml, 0.025 ng/ml, 0.1 ng/ml, 0.25 ng/ml, 1 ng/ml, and 4 ng/ml.
3. Anti-Pyrethroid Antibody-Enzyme Conjugate: 1 vial (6 ml).
4. Chromogen Solution A: 1 vial (6 ml).
5. Chromogen Solution B: 1 vial (6 ml).
6. Stop Solution: 1 vial (6 ml, 2M sulfuric acid).
7. Sample Diluent (10X): 1 vial (6 ml) for sample dilution.
8. Concentrated Wash Buffer (20X): 1 vial (20 ml) for plate washing.
9. Instruction Manual: 1 copy.

Storage

Store the kit at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
Unused microplate strips must be resealed and stored dry at 2–8°C.
