General Notes
The Mouse anti-Human RNASE4 monoclonal antibody (product code CABT-L1929W) is a mouse IgG monoclonal antibody directed against human RNASE4. RNASE4, also known as RNS4, RNase 4, and RNAS4, is a secreted pancreatic ribonuclease family enzyme with uridine-preferring endoribonuclease activity and is studied in RNA metabolism and extracellular ribonuclease biology. This antibody is suitable for Western blotting (WB). The supplier recommends a dilution of 1:500–1:2,000; each laboratory should determine the optimum working titer for its own samples and detection system. CABT-L1929W is affinity purified using the epitope-specific immunogen and supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The 100 μL product is shipped on wet ice and should be stored at −20°C while avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
