Hi-Puri™ Mouse Anti-Plasmodium falciparum SUB1 monoclonal antibody, clone NIMP.M7 (CABT-L2030W), recognizes the parasite subtilisin-like protease PfSUB1.The antibody recognizes a surface-exposed calcium-binding loop on the PfSUB1 catalytic domain. It is suitable for Western blotting, immunofluorescence, use as a crystallization chaperone, X-ray crystallography, epitope mapping, and antibody–protease structural analysis. The optimal working titer should be determined for each application; other applications have not been tested.This affinity-purified IgG is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in PBS, in sizes of 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. It ships on dry ice. Store at 4°C for short-term use or aliquot and store at -20°C for long-term storage; avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
