This product is validated for use in Crystallography, IF. Recognizes histone H4 Lys20 monomethylation (H4K20me1). Specificity was verified in living cells using yeast mutants and mammalian cells in which the modification was diminished. DMAB-CPDB523 is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. It is available in multiple sizes, including 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. For long-term storage, the product should be stored at −20°C and repeated freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided. The product is shipped on dry ice. This product is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
