Suitable for use in Indirect competitive ELISA, LFIA.
Clone A1-2 was validated by indirect ELISA, indirect competitive ELISA, and a competitive colloidal-gold immunochromatographic assay.
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Hi-Puri™ Mouse Anti-Etomidate monoclonal antibody, clone A1-2 (Cat. No. CABT-L3309W) is a research antibody reagent targeting Etomidate.
This antibody is suitable for Indirect competitive ELISA, LFIA. Assay conditions and performance should be optimized and validated by the end user. Clone A1-2 was validated by indirect ELISA, indirect competitive ELISA, and a competitive colloidal-gold immunochromatographic assay. The antibody binds etomidate. Cross-reactivity with structurally related compounds was not reported and should be evaluated for the intended assay.
The antibody is affinity purified. It is formulated in PBS only. Store at -20°C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The product is shipped on dry ice.

Antigen Description

Etomidate is a small-molecule imidazole-derived anesthetic. Clone A1-2 binds the etomidate hapten and shows competition with free etomidate in the disclosed immunoassays.
