General Notes
The Hi-Puri™ Human Anti-Polysialic acid Monoclonal antibody (clone 735, product code DMAB-CPDB126)is a monoclonal antibody specifically directed against Polysialic acid.
This product is validated for use in IB, IP, WB, FC, IHC. Recognises Polysialic acid (PSA), a carbohydrate polymer attached to the neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM), which shares molecular epitopes with homopolymers of α2,8-linked sialic acid of Escherichia coli K1.
DMAB-CPDB126 is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. It is available in multiple sizes, including 100 μg, 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. For long-term storage, the product should be stored at −20°C and repeated freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided. The product is shipped on dry ice. This product is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
