Inhibition, IA, ELISA This antibody potently inhibits human plasma kallikrein with a Ki of 0.120 ± 0.005 nM. It is used in hereditary-angioedema mechanism studies and selective serine-protease inhibition research. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded
