General Notes
The Rabbit CXCL10 polyclonal antibody is unlabeled and has been qualified for use in ELISA (Cap), ELISpot, FC, Neut, WB applications. It is the capture antibody in the Rabbit CXCL10 ELISA. The Rabbit CXCL10 polyclonal antibody was produced in Goat and is antigen-affinity purified. In cross-reactivity testing (ELISA) this antibody shows weak reactivity to canine, dolphin, equine, feline, human, mouse and swine CXCL10, and no reactivity to bovine, caprine, cynomolgus monkey, guinea pig or ovine CXCL10. It is commonly used for ELISA, ELISpot, flow cytometry, neutralization, and Western blot applications (users should validate and optimize conditions for each application). The product is made in the USA, supplied for research applications only, and is not intended for medicinal, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
