Intended Use
This kit employs a double‑antibody sandwich ELISA method to quantitatively detect the content of Cry1C protein in crop samples (leaves, seeds, and bulk grains).
Contents of Kit
1. Cry1C Coated Plate, 96 wells
2. Cry1C Standard, 2 vials
3. 11× Concentrated Enzyme Conjugate (anti‑Cry1C‑HRP), 1 bottle
4. Enzyme Diluent, 1 bottle
5. Chromogen (TMB Substrate), 1 bottle
6. Stop Solution (2 M H2SO4), 1 bottle
7. 20× Concentrated Wash Buffer, 1 bottle
8. Sample Extraction Buffer, 1 bottle
Storage
Store the kit at 2–8°C. Do not freeze. Unused strips must be resealed and stored at 2–8°C.
Standard Curve
Quantitative Analysis
Subtract the blank absorbance (average of the wells containing Sample Extraction Buffer) from the absorbance of all standards and samples.
Plot a standard curve with the blank‑corrected absorbance (OD) on the y‑axis and the Cry1C standard concentrations (ppb) on the x‑axis.
Use linear regression or a four‑parameter logistic fit to determine the concentration of each sample. Multiply by the dilution factor to obtain the Cry1C content in the original sample.
